Inside Sales Representative
This key position is all about finding the appropriate solution for our clients in terms of location, style and apartment type. Supporting our outside Account Executives, this role requires quick thinking, a strong focus on customer solution delivery and an ability to close business.
Outside Account Executive
This key position is a great opportunity for the right candidate to show their sales ability and to over achieve targets. Our Outside Account Executives are responsible for maintaining and enhancing relationships with existing clients, prospect for new clientele, and follow up with customers to close the sales cycle. While working independently, this person must also be able to work closely with an Inside Sales partner and gel well with the rest of our sales team. Previous sales experience is a requirement and knowledge of the apartment industry/interim housing market will be a significant benefit to an applicant. Knowledge of the Greater Houston area and/or the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex is considered a plus.
