Customer Service Coordinator
This role serves as the first point of communication between Murphy’s and all future and existing customers. This position coordinates with all departments to ensure the needs of the guest have been met. Candidate must have strong customer service and communication skills in both verbal and in writing. Strong phone skills are a must as this position requires 30 – 40 percent telephone communication. Candidate also must be able to multitask while working in a fast paced environment, have the personality to handle conflict or problem resolution, and have a basic understanding of Windows and Microsoft Outlook.
