As a client of Murphy’s, you will be assigned a designated Sales Team to handle your account. This team will match your requirements to our apartments. They are backed up by our Guest Services team who will offer ongoing assistance with furniture, maintenance, housekeeping changes and other aspects of your stay, in a timely and professional manner.
Your Murphy’s Operations Department
Every-other week housekeeping is standard in all of our Houston properties. Our housekeeping staff is trained to notice and report most maintenance issues, which are typically repaired and taken care of before the client has the chance to notice. This provides the quality assurance you expect so you can enjoy a clean, almost maintenance- free experience with us.
We also have a designated, on-site Utilities Coordinator to handle everything associated with set-ups, upgrades, troubleshooting and special requests (which are made through your designated Account Executive). We employ this person to ensure these essential services such as water, electrical, telephone, internet and cable are all taken care of to the client’s satisfaction in a timely manner.
Our Operations Coordinator is in place to make certain all maintenance requests are completed by the appropriate person, department and/or property in a timely and efficient manner.
Your Murphy’s Accounting Department
Murphy’s considers timely and accurate invoicing - as well as payment of invoices - basic, critical business criteria. We have a full administration staff to handle our administrative needs, invoice related issues, and any special requests.

Our apartments are inspected prior to check-in to ensure it is ready when you arrive. Our housekeeping staff follows a comprehensive quality control checklist for cleaning and making sure all utility services are in working order.
A member of our management team routinely inspects all apartments to assess their condition and schedule maintenance like painting, carpet shampoo, and minor repairs to ensure our aprtments are maintained to the highest standards.
Customer feedback is important to us. On arrival, you will receive a Check-In condition form to confirm that your apartment is in perfect condition. Within the first week, you will be sent a Client Satisfaction Survey to complete. We use these responses to help track our service and quality performance on a daily basis.
