Murphy’s Confirms Large Capital Investment in Apartment Inventory

TV Investment: Murphy’s Corporate Housing Associates has recently completed a $260,000 TV upgrade project, replacing our 32″ TVs with 42″ TVs.  Additionally, Murphy’s has made 32″ TVs a standard in the master bedroom.

Meraki Investment: Murphy’s has committed approximately $15,000 to implementing Meraki Z1 devices in our apartments that require separate wireless routers.  The Meraki Z1 is cloud managed, allowing the team at Murphy’s to ensure the highest quality of service.  As well, the Meraki Z1 has dual concurrent 802.11n radios that support a data rate of up to 600 Mbps.

Owners, Bob Wills and Jennifer Dillard, have confirmed that this is part of the company’s ongoing investment to ensure that their apartments stay consistent with customers needs and ensure that Murphy’s continues to offer the highest standard in furnished accommodation in Houston. Clients seem delighted with the new technology based on feedback received via our customer surveys.
